  • Condition of Items: To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging, labels, and accessories intact.
  • Non-Returnable Products: Personalized items, final sale products, or clearance items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged.

2. How to Return an Item
